Israel's second largest airline, Israir is to start offering flights to Tel Aviv from Stansted Airport, Essex.
The move follows its recent international expansion which saw it offering a lower cost alterative to rival El Al in the States.
The service starts from April 2 and will operate three times a week. Flights will depart on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. and leave at 10.45pm with arrival in Tel Aviv at 5.30am the next morning.
Coming back to the UK, the flight leaves at 5.55pm and arrives at 9.15pm.
Travel operator All European Travel has been appointed as the general sales agent for the airline.
