Well, an Israeli company based in Halamish has come up with an add-on to Outlook which it claims helps to declutter your inbox and helps make everything much more organised.
 
How do you locate send files when they are generally automatically stored as sent?  Well, with SpeedFiler from Claritude, users can easily save outgoing messages to an appropriate folder to make searching and finding them easier.
 
Users can be promoted as to where they wish their sent messages to be stored before sending a message, allowing flexibility in storage.
 
"An ever-increasing number of people are suffering from email overload," said Claritude founder said Itzy Sabo. "The organising capabilities provided by email software such as Microsoft Outlook have not changed significantly since the 1990's.
 
Sabo says he decided to release his Outlook enhancement to the general public after realising that the technology he developed could be useful not to just himself but also others. He was frustrated by the amount of manual work needed to sort and order email and manage his incoming and outgoing messages. Once he was happy with how SpeedFiler was working, he then gave it to friends and colleagues to also test out and eventually put it onto a public beta and since January has made it a pay for.
 
SpeedFiler costs $19.95 and is offered on a 30-day trial period to allow users to test out its features before committing to buying it.
